One of the most atrocious experiences I have had in quite some time. I would not recommend Clarksville Reality to anyone especially with Kyra an agent working for this company. After reaching out to her a week ago she sent me a listing with five houses to choose from to view. I told her I wanted to see two of the ones she sent me. She said we may have another house you may be interested in, so I said just add it to the two your going to show me. I said my schedule was busy and I could make time the coming weekend or the following Thursday which was a full week out. She said that under circumstances Thursday would be best because it gives her enough time to let current residents know and she would call me day of with place to meet. Thursday afternoon came and no call. After trying to call her and text her I went to the office. As I entered the office a male agent stood as if he knew I was coming. He was very brash with me as I made my case with Kyra as she was present in the office when I arrived. I tried to recieve clarification on why she did not show. She first started to say that she was waiting for me to call he to confirm I wanted to see these homes. I told Kyra that we confirmed that a week prior when I picked the homes I wanted to see, when she indicated she would call me day of to let me know where to meet. She then resorted to tell me that how is she supposed to know because people cancel and no show all the time. So I am under the impression at this time I was written off before she even gave me a chance to show up. This either a case of incompetence or a bold face liar. Most likely the combination of the two. I know this post will not detour everyone but if you do decide to give this young lady your business just beware you may have to help her do her job because you may not ever get see any homes. Hope this helps you decide to use other companies that value your business.
I did not use them as a realtor and I would never work with such shady, untrustworthy people, but had to deal with them on the selling end and they will totally screw over a buyer. After entering into a contract through my realtor on an offer and having paperwork in line, they accepted another offer and took away our dream home. Use anyone other than these despicable people
