I have used many property management companies.... JKA is BY FAR the best I have used. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!! I wish others had their work ethic and their truthfulness. The owners have properties of their own and have experience bad management companies so they created JKA. They are so good at their job, I keep them managing my property even though I am back living in the area and well capable of doing it myself. The cost to work benefit is well worth it with them.
Meli is very detail oriented, educated, great communicator, organized, and a great listener. She answers all of your questions, and if she doesn't have the answer, she will research it and get back to you quickly! Her staff is friendly and helpful and they get the job done right; quickly and the first time around! They never compromise quality for quantity! I am SO GLAD we found this company and all my worries and anxieties about renting our home are out the window! I LOVE JKA Properties and recommend them to ALL of my family and neighbors!!!
