Worst realty company ever dealt with. Communication skills with these realtors is poor at its best moments. Throughout the process of buying my house the agent seemed disorganized and rushed. Didn't understand simple terms. Upon listing my property for sale years later I routinely needed to call my agents boss to simply get information about closing, when i would reach the manager she would explain that she wasn't "up to date" and needed to look into it further, at which point she would never call back. If you're military stay away. Deal with this brand name at your own risk.
We have met Lamar at the beginning of the year through my in-laws whom have helped them out. Moving up to Clarksville from a different state, Lamar has helped us try and figure out what type of home would work best and the area. Lamar was very knowledgeable with the areas and when looking at some fixer uppers, he was resourceful with how to fix it. When it came to looking at homes, he never pushed any that were out of our price range. The closing/negotiating process was not very stressful, and he helped us along the way on what would be good.
I rarely write reviews, but since I had such an exceptional experience working with Lamar Clift, I wanted to share it with others. I owned a rental property for 17 years. I had relatively good luck with it until the last tenants destroyed it. I was faced with renovating the entire house. My best friend (and fellow landlord) referred me to Lamar. He gave me the best advice on where I should invest my time and money on the rental renovation. He connected me with his team of contractors and repair people for the projects I couldn’t handle myself. When I finally called it quits after 3 months of constant work, he and his team finished the last few projects I left behind. Lamar put together a very impressive listing, and advised me to list it for more than I originally suggested (I went low, because the house next door was on the market for almost a year). With Lamar’s guidance and expertise, my house was only on the market 4 days…in the winter off-season! He negotiated all the details, miscellaneous repairs, and closing with minimal effort on my part. I simply trusted him from the beginning, and he came through for me in every way. All the praise my best friend said when she recommended him was well deserved. If you are an owner looking to renovate, sell, or list as a rental, or a prospective owner or renter, Lamar can help in all aspects of real estate.
