Horrible! They are nice when you are trying to rent from them but they are scam artists. Unless you are taking over a lease you won't get into your place on time and if you need it right away you will have to clean up what the previous people left. They never fix or update anything that needs it, and if they are feeling generous enough to it will be shoddy as hell. And whats more THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSITE!!! Regardless of what the place looks like you won't be seeing that hefty amount of money you put down. With our house, we had to clean up rat droppings all over, dog food all over, bugs and dirt and get the carpets washed, which they told us they'd do and they never did, our selves and left that place in better condition than we left it in and they won't give us our money back.
I found the owner to be extremely rude with no customer service skills. I was interested in renting a particular house from them and he made it so difficult. An awful experience and I only spent 5 minutes with him discussing the house. He talks down to you and does not care how he comes off. If your looking for a good realtor please find someone else. Their prices are great but the way he presents himself and talks to people is disgusting. The house was also in pretty bad shape but he states "it's little things". I really just wanted to find the actual owner and tell them to switch property management companies so that way their not paying the mortgage to an empty house all because this disgusting man runs people off. Terribly unprofessional. I also own a house so I know how it can be, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
DON'T EVER RENT FROM FIRST CHOICE REAL ESTATE IN CLARKSVILLE TENNESSEE UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.
Wish I could give this less than a one star review. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE. They lie, and are devious. I already have reported them to the BBB, who is launching an investigation. If you are looking for an honest realty company LOOK ELSEWHERE. Trust me when I say you want nowhere near Randy or anyone affiliated with this business.
