Previous review was a little harsh. As you can read in the statement below they do provide documents that tell you what they inspect. The lady that did the move out inspection was courteous and understanding of the amount of time we had lived there. That being said my only complaint is still the amount charged for painting. Which I still believe is a little steep. It’s done with though and have lessons learned

The worst experience I have ever had renting a place. First off, my wife and her mother had to spend 3 hours detailing the place because no cleaning had been done whatsoever. The fence in the backyard looked like it was going to fall over and when we asked if they would fix it, they told us "we will fix it if it falls over", obviously not the best option since we have two dogs. After a year, we finally bought our own house and so we detailed the house again, paid for the carpet to get cleaned by their recommended carpet cleaning service as to avoid any problems only for them to charge us 240 dollars because they said they had to have them clean the carpet again because it smelled like dog even though the person who did the move out inspection said it was fine. Apparently some lady came in afterwards and decided this. They also told me wife they didn't have to provide any proof that they actually paid to get the carpet cleaned for a second time. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. All they do is pocket the money and then do nothing with it. They are the absolute worst place to rent from.
NOT SOLDIER FRIENDLY, FUTURE BLACK LIST COMPANY: I have an audio file of a conversation with Top Flight and the $1400 in charges they assessed if you'd like to hear how they do business. TLDR: You will be notified of outstanding charges via text message two days before your account goes into collection. I paid $495 for leaving wall anchors in 6 walls. Gladly paying more than my security deposit to never hear from them again.
