•Also I have major depressive disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, and PTSD. My small dog visits for a day to comfort me, and they say they'll charge me $400 if she visits for even a minute in the daytime. I don't pay around $800 a month for a studio where my dog can't visit for a day.
Highly suggest to not move into these apartments. They are extremely unprofessional and when I moved out they went and took extremely low quality pictures to use as "evidence" to charge me. They take advantage of college kids who have the stereotype of being messy and that's how they make their money. Like I said I highly suggest looking into other places to live because they WILL scam you.
I've lived a lot of places being a disabled vet these conditions are worse then barracks in my opinion, but I did have some nice barrack. Also previous comments about there being a sex toy in the elevator is 100% true
I hate this place. Don't move here. You can do better. •Staff doesn't know what they're doing half the time.
• constant sirens going up and down the road
•The furniture is terrible. I've bought cushions and a mattress topper just so it doesn't hurt to use it.
• I agree with what someone else said where the only good thing about this place is the maintenance crew
The staff here are amazing! They are always eager to assist with any problems I may have and have never let me down. The manager at this place is very professional and always has a smile on her face. She never hesitates to come out and assist with customers that walk in. Best of all, this is very affordable! Being military, they seem to accommodate me very well. Only down fall is, you rent by room, but I love meeting new people and I have no problem with that. When I ran into issues with any roommate I had, the team in the office has always been available to help me out. It has great amenities and it is super close to downtown. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun affordable place to live! Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed!
• there is always overages for utilities somehow even if you're not there most the time with everything turned off
•The parking is garbage they charge for a parking permit to park up on the building but really anyone just parks there and nothing is done about it.
• some of the staff is alright while most the time you call and you get someone on the phone, a young man who literally doesn't listen to anything you say. You can ask a question and he will just say " is there anything else I can help you with?" Yes you can answer the question I just asked
I wouldn't move here if you're looking for a place to move.
•You can hear literally everything in the hallway, other rooms, traffic, idiots drifting and racing at night..
• furniture is nasty, I've bought my own bed, couch and other stuff to not use their " furnished " apartment goods
They also provide a key to get in and out of the building but they left the back door to A building unlocked for probably 6 months. Just letting anyone walk in and out, there has also been car break ins and random old people trying to open doors to your apartments.
Worst experience I've ever had with an apt. They try to take advantage of college students because they know we receive financial aid for living off campus. They call all the time about "new fees", send mail about random made up balances, lose your paperwork, change management frequently, they're unorganized, etc. They don't care about being a family-friendly environment that helps college students , their main concern is making profit through hidden fees and scamming. Also, unless you make 6x your rent, you can't pay month-to-month rent, which is unheard of with other apartments. What college student brings in an income of 3,000 + a month?? They set this in place so they can receive a lump sum of money upfront! I could go on and on but overall, please avoid & take your money to a legit apartment complex.
I've lived here regrettably for almost 2 years now and rent out a 2 bed room apartment for over 1k a month by myself.
Only good thing is the hard working people who clean this place up and take care of the lawn.
So if you're looking for a place to stay, look else where I myself won't be renewing my lease and will be moving else where once it's done.
•There are people outside screaming at 3 am when I have an exam the next morning.
•There was a nasty adult toy in the elevator.
• rent is way to high for what they offer
•Staff were getting onto us about something that was entirely on their part.
• it's always loud, you have people screaming in the hallways and the buildings always smell like pot
• the weekends are insane where the bar across the street can be heard all times of the night
