Well, nothing really happened out of that. So either she or the seller did not care enough to correct any of those issues until the I reported the overgrown yard to the city. Then things improved more.
I contacted her through email to let her know of some issues a property she listed was having (yard not being cut, people littering, sign issues, people parking in the yard to visit others across the street, etc). Those should be things that a realtor should be concerned about so that the place will not look messy or like a free for all parking lot when someone drives by to look at it.
Valerie is such an awesome person to work with. Hard working & sweet as apple pie! I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Let me just say that there was no experience to describe! I sent an email to her office on 12 August about some property, and STILL haven't heard anything from her or the air assault team! I ended up going with someone else due to lack of communication. If you don't plan on answering an email, then don't put it on your website! Waste of time!
However, since I messaged her regarding fixing up the yard, she added me to her stupid email list to auto message me about houses she has listed every week. Would not hire her for those reasons.
