They were amazing ! I worked in property management myself and was skeptical renting a house in the area due to the horrible stories I heard from some of my past residents ( never about Vision though ) . They always responded to work orders promptly and communicated with us about everything . The women in the office were amazing. They are military friendly and took care of any concerns I had. I would recommend them to anybody looking to rent in the area .

Melinda, whom I believe is the owner, was nothing less than friendly, helpful and elegantly professional whenever we needed something done or had any concerns. She moved mountains to get a ceiling replaced, a new hot water heater, new toilet, new kitchen sink handle, and a tree removed within 24-48 hours of us turning a ticket. That really showed us that not only does she know how to run a business, but she also knows how to treat people as she would want to be treated.
Overall we feel the entire company is full of completely competent individuals that are honest and sincere with their clients. A company that many individuals in this area should take a lesson from.
Kim Cargill is the agent we worked with when looking for a rental property as well as final walk through. She was extremely friendly, thorough, showed honest interest in our concerns as a renter - as well as new residents to a new town and a new State. She was professional and easy to get along with.
